I wish to acknowledge and honour the traditional custodians of lutruwita/Tasmania, the palawa - and specifically the leterrermairrener people, the panninher people, and the tyerrernotepanner people (Stony Creek Nation) of kanamaluka/River Tamar, where I live. I offer my respect to the Elders, to their ancestors and descendants, and to the sacred lands I walk on and call ‘home’. Thank you, from the deepest part of me. May we walk together in love and peace.

I also wish to honour the master paqos (mystics/healers) from the Q’ero and Wasao lineages, who have dedicated their lives to preserving their traditions, wisdom and teachings. I thank them for generously sharing their knowledge and experience so that we may learn and grow as well. Thank you to all my teachers and mentors, especially Joan Wilcox and Claudio Silvano. I am so very fortunate to have worked with you.

I am forever grateful to the amazing, wonderful human beings that come to me on their healing journeys or show up for my workshops. I am humbled by their stories and honoured to work with them.
